ORGANIC RESTAURANT IN THE SALAMANCA NEIGHBOURHOOD OF MADRID

This large, unique organic restaurant is situated at number 64 in the Calle José Ortega y Gasset in Madrid. Here you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner or enjoy a drink in one of the different areas we’ve created.

The idea behind this interior design project was to create unique, cosy spaces where customers can relax and have a good time. The industrial, eclectic style clearly breaks the mould and is characteristic of London and New York bars and restaurants. MDG Almond opted for an authentic, genuine feel, leaving the building’s original brickwork and installations on show and using raw materials, such as concrete, iron, stone and reclaimed wood. Subtle lighting, plants and bespoke furniture designed for the restaurant’s different areas finish off the space.
