ORGANIC RESTAURANT IN ONE OF THE BEST AREAS OF MADRID

This organic restaurant is situated in the Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid. The industrial, eclectic style of each of the restaurant’s subtly different areas is the ideal setting for an after-work drink, party or event: lunch, dinner, breakfast or a light-bite. There is a different space for each time of the day or night.

Authenticity was at the heart of this project, discovering the building’s original brickwork and using raw materials, such as concrete, brick, stone and reclaimed wood.
