SELECTION OF DRAWINGS USING GRAPHITE AND COLOURED PENCILS ON A VARIETY OF MATERIALS

LÍTHICA SKETCHES · THE FIRST STAGES OF THE PLANNING PHASE · SPATIALISATION

Here is a sample of pencil drawings done by the firm over the last few years.

The first drawings are titled LÍTHICA SKETCHES and they are created using coloured pencils on paper measuring approximately 15 x 21cm. Drawn on-site, they are part of the fieldwork and research carried out for the Sculptures of the Void project (see the Architecture section).

Further on, there are coloured pencil drawings on parchment paper, which are working sketches. Abstract coloured compositions titled: FIRST STAGES OF THE ART OF PLANNING. These drawings also form part of the Sculptures of the Void project (see the Architecture section), specifically the first stages of the planning process.

The final two pieces also belong to the first stages of the art of planning: SPATIALISATION. Working sketches; ideas for potential interior spaces. Graphite drawings on parchment paper. These drawings aim to capture the empty spaces, light and space.
