A CAREFULLY STYLED APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE RETIRO PARK

The idea for this project was to make each space unique and personal, so as to reflect the owner’s character. Custom furniture was designed for this residence, meeting the specific needs of the client.

The flat has three large windows facing the street: two balconies in the lounge and one in the master bedroom with views over the Retiro Park. The study, living room and kitchen –the apartment’s common areas– are open-plan and colour has been used to define each separate space. This design strategy, combined with the high ceilings, helped create a large, open apartment.

We went for a modern style, introducing subtle classical touches with some of the furniture designs. Masculine colours and balanced textiles and finishes lend originality and personality to the apartment.
